Shipping Policy – U&Me

Thank you for shopping with U&Me. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. In case of high order volume, processing may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any additional delivery charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Pakistan:    3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas:   5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available), so you can monitor your shipment.

5. Shipping Delays

U&Me is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. U&Me will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.
